The Lower Sawtooth Trailhead is in the town of Truckee, CA. at the junction of Sawtooth Rd. (FS 06) and Thelin Drive in the Sierra Meadows neighborhood. The legal description of the project location is T 17 N, R 16 E, Section 22.
