This project would renovate the existing restroom at Eagle Creek Overlook, and replace the existing flush toilet facilities at Eagle Creek Trailhead and Campground with accessible vault toilets. Failing septic systems would be decommissioned.

The USFS Eagle Creek Recreation Area is located at the confluence of Eagle Creek and the Columbia River, near milepost 41 on I-84.
