Replacement of an existing direct bury electrical line with a buried conduit system, using directional boring. The City's current special use permit will be amended to include existing buried line and pole not currently in the permit.

Near Cascade National Fish Hatchery. Project is located on National Forest System (NFS) lands and within the State Highway right-of-way at Eagle Creek in Multnomah County.
