The Drano Project is designed to improve forest conditions and wildlife habitat by restoring resiliency to fire-dependent habitats. This will be accomplished through the reduction of in-growth of small trees the encroachment of Douglas-fir.

Location

The project is located near Cook-Underwood Road in a portion of the Skamania County Wildland Urban Interface designated by Klickitat and Skamania County, Washington Community Wildfire Protection Plan.
