Conduct forest baseline/stand tending treatments, fuels reduction, and aquatic restoration activities with consideration to wildlife habitat, inventoried roadless areas, scenic integrity, and historical vegetation objectives on a "footprint" of 17, 830 acres (35% of the 50,783-acre project area).
