Rural Telephone Inc. (RTI) proposes to install 6.66 miles of fiber optic cable and conduit (FO) on National Forest System (NFS) lands within state highway and County Road right of ways. The new FO will be amended to their existing permit.
Location
The Fiber Optic shall be installed within the State Highway 20, Tacoma Creek, Calicoma, and Ruby Creek road right-of-ways.
