2014 West Side Recreation Projects

Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest Okanogan, Washington Tonasket Ranger District

4 separate projects are proposed. In the upper meadow area adjacent to Salmon Meadows Campground for ATV and horse camping, at the Irongate trailhead for horse trailer parking, and new motorized trailheads on FS Road 3700-300, and 3700-100.

Location

Salmon Meadows expansion is located in the upper meadow. Irongate trailhead expansion is at the Irongate Trailhead into the Pasayten Wilderness. The other trailheads are in the Conger area.
