The proposal is to issue a Special Use Permit to the Yakama Nation to construct a groundwater infiltration gallery on USFS lands to collect groundwater and direct it into a reconstructed side channel on non-FS lands.

Location

The proposed project is located on the left bank of the mainstem Methow River near river mile (RM) 61, just downstream of the Weeman Bridge at the old Fender Mill site.
