This proposal will issue a temporary outfitter and guide permit to Cow Creek Guide Service to launch rafts for guided fly fishing on the Cle Elum River.
Location
Launching of rafts will occur on National Forest lands located along the Cle Elum River, at the Winston Bridge Site. This launch is accessed by Morel Road.
