Issue PSE a 5-year special use permit to temporarily re-locate their power distribution lines that will be impacted for the duration of WSDOT's I-90 construction. PSE would reinstall a currently decommissioned single-phase overhead power line.
Location
South of I-90 milepost 61.5, line would run west to east from U-Fish road (FS-4823) approximately 200 feet north of the existing BPA transmission corridor.
