Reissuance of a special use permit to NRCS for two existing SNOTEL sites, and one new site that includes the proposal to change the status of approx. 1,500 ft. of FS road 2353-230 from an open public road to administrative access only.
Location
The two existing sites are located in the Big Quilcene watershed SW of Quilcene, and the Dungeness River watershed, NW of Quilcene. The new site is located in the South Fork Skokomish watershed.
