Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest Curry; Josephine, Oregon Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest All Units

Recommend the Secretary of the Interior withdraw from location and entry under mining laws about 101,022 acres of NFS and BLM lands, subject to valid existing rights, for a period of 5 years in aid of legislation (HR682/S346).

Location

Approximately 5,216 acres of BLM-managed and revested O&C lands and 95,806 acres of NFS lands within the Hunter Creek and Pistol River Headwaters and the Rough and Ready and Baldface Creek Watersheds.
