This project includes thinning 4,654 acres for the purpose of promoting stand health, large tree development, and reducing fire intensity to minimize the chance of catastrophic fire events.

Location

The project area is approximately 4,761 acres. Proposed stands in the project area are located in Townships 4, 5 and 6, Ranges 29 and 30 East, in multiple sections, Willamette Meridian surveyed.
