OTC is proposing to install a new fiber optic line in conduit in their existing right-of-way between their Bates to Unity transfer stations to replace the original fiber optic cable installed in 1996.

Location

The project area is located approximately 27 miles northeast of John Day on the Blue Mountain Ranger District of the Malheur National Forest and on the Whitman Ranger District of the Wallowa-Whitman
