A bottomless arch would replace the bridge which was over East Sheep Creek on 5184 to eliminate userbuilt roads and OHV use in East Sheep Creek. 2.9 miles of 5184 and 3.9 miles of road 5182 will be maintained. 3 more culverts would be installed.
