Lower Staley Floodplain Restoration

Willamette National Forest Lane, Oregon Middle Fork - Inactive Ranger District

Stabilization of approx. 200 ft. of eroding stream bank, including large woody debris jam construction. Trees with root wads attached will be gathered and large trees will be hauled to the project area for bank stabilization and log jam construction.

Location

The location is at the former Pope and Talbot bridge crossing of Staley Creek on Forest Road 2134-244. This is located at approximately the 1.7 mile mark on Forest Road 2134.
