Willamette Fire Danger Tree Reduction Project

Willamette National Forest Douglas; Lane; Linn; Marion, Oregon Willamette National Forest All Units

Provide for long-term public and employee safety by reducing danger trees along roads. About 83 miles of road or 3,600 acres have some level of fire-killed trees that are next to an open road, resulting from the 2017 fires.

Location

For roads on Detroit, McKenzie River and Middle Fork Ranger District's within 2017 Jones, Whitewater, Avenue, Little Devil, Separation, Staley, and Tumblebug 2 fires.
