Kisatchie National Forest Claiborne; Webster, Louisiana Caney Ranger District

Reduce the risk of wildfire and southern pine beetle infestation by intermediate thinning of 3781 acres of pine and mixed pine/hardwood stands. First thinning of 240 acres of loblolly pine plantation. Convert 610 acres to native shortleaf pine.
