Borrow Pit Subsurface Mineral Investigation

Kisatchie National Forest Grant, Louisiana Catahoula Ranger District

Conduct subsurface mineral investigations by boring up to 20 feet deep without casing at two (2) locations with five (5) bore holes at each site. Investigation will identifiy the extent of gravel deposists for potential future pit development.

Location

Compartment 69 two miles southeast of the town of Dry Prong.
