Proposal to use prescribed fire on up to 10,000 acres of National Forest land during 2018, for the development and maintenance of pyrotypic vegetative conditions. Proposal includes prep of firelines, and hand or aerial ignition.

Location

Within established prescribed burning blocks on the Homochitto National Forest, in SW Mississippi. Maps available at the district office in Meadville.
