AT&T proposes to amend an existing special use permit # BIE0050 to for a fiber optic line across approximately 1.75 miles of Bienville NF land via the directional boring method. Installation will occur along Hwy 13 within the existing right of way.

Section 35 of Township 7N/Range 6E and Section 2 of Township 6N/Range 6E. Approximately 2 miles northeast of Morton, MS.
