Expand the fenced and pad area around a water well to comply with State of North Carolina Regulations. City had to drill a new well (moved over 20 feet) to replace a failed casing. State law dictates the protected area around each well at 100 feet.

Location

Southern edge of the city of Havelock, NC, approximately 0.2 miles east of Highway 70.
