The proposed action is to amend an existing special use permit for Randolph Telephone (UWH404402) to allow for the installation of approximately 4,600 feet of fiber optic telecommunications line across tract U-1241 on the Uwharrie RD.

Location

Tract U-1241, Montgomery County, NC, Alongside NC highway 134, just south of the west fork of the Little River roughly north/south within 25 feet of the road center. Along State Route (SR) 1311.
