Stateline Rx Burn

Ouachita National Forest Scott, Arkansas Poteau Ranger District

Approx. 5,258 acres will be prescribed burned to establish a burn rotation to move toward a fully restored shortleaf pine/bluestem grass ecosystem. It will also give us an opportunity to better address the effects of these large scale burns on PETS.
