The area has suffered from soil loss and trees growing on the flat area. Heavy equipment will be used to fill in and smooth areas and clear vegetation on flatter areas to allow for digging.
Location
THe project area is located 5.7 miles northeast from Norman and 3.4 miles southeast from Mt. Ida.
