2010 Gypsy Moth Slow-the-Spread

Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest Bayfield, Wisconsin Washburn Ranger District

The Forest proposes to treat 5 sites on the Washburn Ranger District (about 7,700 acres) using aerially-dispersed pheromone flakes to disrupt gypsy moth mating. This action is tiered to the 1996 Gypsy Moth Management EIS and Decision (USDA).
