Washburn Balsam Removal Project

Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest Bayfield, Wisconsin Washburn Ranger District

The proposed project consists of the removal small balsam trees (majority of the trees are between 3-6 inches in diameter) on approximately 100 acres within two red pine stands.

Location

Stands are located on the southern end of the district near the Town of Drummond (Pigeon Lake)
