Xcel Energy is planning to rebuild their W3477 electric transmission line, a portion of which is located on National Forest. The line would be the same voltage (69 kV), but taller poles would be installed to meet current line requirements.
Location
Transmission line is located in Price and Taylor Counties with the portion on National Forest being on the eastern side of the Taylor County portion of the Medford-Park Falls Ranger District.
