The Forest Service and Wisconsin Geological Natural History Survey (WGNHS) are proposing to drill two boreholes, collect and describe the sediment, and install monitoring wells in the Bayfield Peninsula to better understand the area hydrogeology

Location

Two proposed drilling locations are located on the northern portion of the Washburn Ranger District near Moquah Barrens
