The Forest Service and Wisconsin Geological Natural History Survey (WGNHS) are proposing to drill up to 4 boreholes to collect and describe the sediment in the Bayfield Peninsula to better understand the area hydrogeology.
Location
Sites are located north of US Hwy 2 and about 15 miles west of Washburn, WI. Two sites are along FR 237, the others are along FR424.
