The Forest Staff has made initial determinations as to which wildlife openings will be actively managed. Management plans will be developed for the selected openings with consultation, collaboration, and internal and external review.
Location
These permanent openings are located throughout the Chippewa National Forest, covering the span of Blackduck, Deer River, and Walker Ranger Districts. Portions within the Leech Lake Reservation.
