Hiawatha National Forest Alger; Delta; Schoolcraft, Michigan Hiawatha National Forest All Units

Project proposes treatments for uneven-aged management with follow-up canopy gap cleaning or timber stand improvement plus additional spot planting of white pine, hemlock, northern red oak or other native tree species and associated site preparation.

Location

This project is located in stands throughout the westside of the Hiawatha National Forest on the Munising, Rapid River and Manistique Ranger Districts.
