Hiawatha Telephone Company proposes installing 2.37 miles of fiber optic cable from near Stevens Lake to Gooseneck Lake, entirely buried within the road (open and closed) right-of-way or attached to existing power poles.

Location

The project area is approximately 15 miles northwest of Manistique, Michigan. From the Stevens Lake area along County Road N-3 south, east along NFSR 8136 (some closed), south on 2218F (some closed), and north on 2218 to 2218G.
