Great Lakes Comnet Inc, the local telecommunication provider, submitted an application to bury two 1.25 inch fiber optic cables and innerducts (conduits) next to each other across National Forest System lands on the Tawas Ranger District.
Location
From Oscoda, Michigan go west on River Road approx miles to M-65. The proposed project begins at the intersection, north across M-65 follows the old ROW and then NE along Loud Dam Rd to the river.
