The Huron-Manistee National Forests received 2014 funding to replace an inadequate culvert on Forest Development Road 2097 serving road access needs to dispersed camping and other National Forest System lands south of Foote Pond on the AuSable River.
Location
The nearest community is Oscoda and the project is approximately 12 miles west of Oscoda on River Road and then approximately 3 miles north of River Road beyond the end of Cooke Dam Road.
