Issue a 20-year private road special use permit to the Watson's for access and maintenance of an existing road across National Forest System lands. This road is currently under permit to a neighboring landowner. This permit would be concurrent.
Location
From Monument Road, take Brownell Road (4510)east approximately 2.5miles to the access road on the west side of 4510.
