The USFS would authorize a Special Use Permit to allow the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians to anchor a temporary weir to the bottom of the Manistee River, the only land in the Project Area under the jurisdiction of the USFS.

Location

One river kilometer downstream from the Rainbow Bend river access site.
