The Huron-Manistee National Forests propose to replace the existing culverts on Lost Creek at both the Coupland Road/Stream Crossing (RSX) and Park RSX. These culverts are undersized and act as barriers to aquatic organism passage.
Location
The locations are the same as the existing culverts and can be described as Sections 21 and 28, T26N, R2E (Coupland RSX) and Section 28, T26N, R2E (Park RSX), Big Creek Township, Oscoda County, MI.
