To allow DCP to extract a 4" pipeline extraction 4 feet underground which extends 2.74 miles on FS lands. Minimal disturbance would occur along the majority of the 10 foot wide right-of-way (ROW). A bulldozer will be used to extract pipe sections.
Location
Pipeline goes beneath Hickey Creek were it parallels Forester Road. The majority of the pipeline parallels FSR 3061, Hickey Creek Road and Hunter Lake Road on National Forest System lands.
