Promote vegetation distribution, composition, and age classes; enhance wildlife habitat; address non-native invasive species; reduce hazardous fuels and reintroduce fire; enhance recreation facilities; and, manage the transportation system.

Location

Federal Park Project Area is located east of Nordhouse Dunes Wilderness Area and west of Highway 31. It is in close proximity to the Lake Michigan Recreation Area.
