The primary purpose of the Scotia Cemetery Prescribed Burn Project is to improve the conditions of understory vegetation and to provide increased protection for heritage resources in a portion of the Nova Scotia Ironworks.

Location

This project is located on approximately 285 acres of National Forest System lands in Compartment 153 .
