Paty Hollow (C-225) and Big Barren (C-142) Tornado Salvage Project

Mark Twain National Forest Carter; Oregon, Missouri Doniphan / Eleven Point Ranger District

Downed and damaged trees would be treated. Less than 0.5 mi. of temporary roads would be built. Revegetation would occur naturally or from hand planting. All temporary roads would be decommissioned. Firewood collection would be allowed.

Location

Paty Hollow is 3.5 mi. NE of Thomasville, near the S end of FS Road 4155 & County Road 430. Big Barren is 5.25 mi. SE of Fremont, near the S end of FS Road 3957.
