To restore the stream/riparian areas along Mill Creek and the Elm Spring Branch. By utilizing various bio-engineering (use of native materials such as logs) and natural channel design techniques, the channel shape would be restored.

Location

These projects are located in the Mill Creek Watershed five miles south of Newburg, Missouri in Phelps County. The legal description is T36N,R9W, Sec. 4, T37N,R9W Sec. 32 and 33; and T36N,R9W, Sec. 17
