Construct a day use area adjacent to the northside of the Skyline Vista parking area. The current parking area will be extended by approximately 30 ft. and a secondary trailhead will be constructed on the southeastern side of the vista parking area.
Location
Skyline Drive (Forest Road 3281), Northeast of the Skyline Drive Trail and trailhead. Vista is on the Northwest of Skyline Drive. The vista parking lot is located approximately 1.52 miles from Hwy 103
