This project proposes Two Camp Trail #111 addition, McKinley Run Tr #154 reroute, cabin restoration, lodge addition, demolition of the "little house" and privies at the YLA Camp, and a wastewater treatment system replacement at the Rec Area/YLA Camp.

Horseshoe Recreation Area and Horseshoe YLA Camp located near the intersection of County Route 7 and County Route 9, approx. 2 miles southwest of Lead Mine, WV.
