Friends of Blackwater proposes to plant native species along 3.5 miles of the Blackwater Rail Trail and the North Fork Blackwater River riparian corridor. This would restore ecological function to the area and improve/support habitat for aquatic life

Location

This project area is located on the rail trail between the town of Thomas, WV and Douglas Falls and parallels the North Fork of the Blackwater River.
