The Town of Hendricks requests a renewal of a 2010 Special Use Permit (SUP) for use of a handicapped ramp partially located (10 feet of the 60' length)on National Forest System land. The ramp allows disabled persons to access the town's building.

The project area is located in the town of Hendricks, WV. The ramp accesses the western side of the Town of Hendricks building, and empties onto the Blackwater Canyon Trail.
