This project proposes to plant approximately two acres of native tree and shrub species between an existing cultivation field & the North Fork of the South Branch Potomac River to expand the existing riparian buffer and mitigate future flood damage.

Location

Located approx 0.2 mile south of Seneca Rocks Discovery Center, along the edge of a hay cultivation field and adjacent to the existing riparian buffer of the NF South Branch Potomac River.
