Proposal is to issue a new special use permit for reconstruction, use and maintenance of existing roadd, in order to access private property. Road is accessed off of Old U.S. Hwy. 2 and is approx. 1,800 feet long
Location
Proposed use area is on the north side of Old U.S. 2, approx. 7.5 - 8 miles east of its intersection with U.S. 45. Proposes using existing FR 4434 and an existing unnumbered road.
