The project proposes to issue a special use authorization to Keweenaw Land for the use and maintenance of two existing, non-system roads in order to access private lands for timber hauling. No tree removal is proposed. Total project area

Location

The FR 3925 proposed access in directly off FR 3925, south of U.S. 2. The James Lake access is north of U.S. 2 off of FR 3920, and is reached by first crossing Keweenaw Land property.
